While Courtney Fields has over 15 years experience, she learned the industry at a young age by watching her parents learn and become successful in the real estate industry. By living through this experience, it helped shape Courtney into the real estate professional she has become today.
We're YOUR One Stop Shop!
Courtney Fields, an interior designer by trade, is passionate about all things real estate. Courtney's husband is a successful contractor with over 10 years in disaster mitigation restoration work. Between Courtney's design and real estate experience and her husband's knowledge of construction, we offer a one-stop-shop for our clients.
No surprises! We personally show and inspect all of our properties. We don't even give out keys for a self guided tour because we want to ensure perfection before we offer up a property for rental or investment. We take the time to meet with the future tenants and ask important questions.
Who Is Courtney Fields?
Courtney Fields is the owner/operator of TRI Property Pros. She has experience in all aspects of the Real Estate business as well as being a Realtor. Before her real estate career, she obtained her Interior Design degree. She worked in the kitchen and bath industry as a designer, as well as for a design firm in the Triad area. She designed homes from the floor to the roof, helping her clients and builders coordinate finishes, and meeting with builders and contractors on and off site. It was in this field that she met many of the contractors that she still works with today.
“Design work has helped me in my real estate career, without a doubt. I love walking into a home and helping someone visualize themselves in it.”
Courtney earned her real estate license and worked as an on-site agent, selling high-end communities in Greensboro. She quickly became a multi-million dollar producer before joining Allen Tate and working as an independent BROKER. However, her interest has always been in real estate investing and property management where she has been for the past 10 years. Her interest in management was peaked by witnessing her parents self manage their own properties. She saw first hand the struggles of landlords. costly advertising, dealing with repair requests, collecting rent, drafting lease documents, evictions, etc. Courtney has always called the Triad home and has a lot of knowledge about the area.
