Mike has been in the construction field for over 24 years. Growing up he worked with his father’s construction company. He has done everything from new construction, custom home building, as well as an on site construction manager for a top 10 builder in the US. He specializes in remodels, investor flips, and he handles all maintenance items for multiple companies. Mike is licensed in mold mitigation, water and fire restoration. He has also worked in the asbestos industry. He is definitely an asset to Tri property pros by bringing his knowledge and skill set to the team.
Doylelaleana "Dee" Foister
Broker/Realtor
Dee Foister holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech and has been married to Ron for 28 years.
She homeschools her five children, ages 14 to 24, and has been a Realtor in Guilford County and surrounding areas for 28 years.

She also manages her own investment property portfolio and brings her extensive real estate experience to the TRI Property Pros team, assisting with office management and helping clients expand their real estate portfolios. In addition to her real estate work, Dee serves as a Community Representative for the World Ninja League, managing ninja warrior competitions across the United States and internationally.

Lily Grace Foister
Administrative Assistant
Lily Grace is a dynamic individual excelling in both her career and education. Since January 2023, she's been the dedicated administrative assistant at TRI Property Pros, showcasing her organizational prowess and commitment to excellence.

As a freshman at High Point University, Lily is majoring in Psychology and is an honors program participant, driven by her fascination with the human mind. Before university, she graduated with an Associate's degree from Davidson Davie Community College in May 2023, laying a strong academic foundation.

Beyond her pursuits, Lily finds joy in coffee and shopping, cherishing the simple pleasures of life. With her academic drive and love for life's finer moments, she's poised for a promising future at High Point University and in her administrative career.
Michelle Austin

Michelle Austin has 20 years of extensive experience covering all areas of the event industry – from the kitchen to the boardroom. She has achieved business success and industry recognition through her logistical event knowledge and culinary design. Her involvement in the expansion of several food and decor-related companies has been noted among industry partners and clientele as cutting-edge. With a focus on menu-concept development, event coordination, and extensive hands-on logistic management, Austin takes any environment to the next level.
Austin has provided comprehensive directives that ensure the smooth and timely implementation of all logistics and management from everyday small private functions to nationally recognized high-volume events such as well-known branded Wine & Food Festivals in South Beach, New York, and Chicago.

Meet Desiree a dedicated wife, mom of six and a proud "Mimi" to one grandchild. Originally hailing from New York, she made the move to North Carolina in 2014.
With over 24 years of experience in customer service and management, and three years in property management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. When she's not managing properties, she's spending quality time with family, exploring new travel destinations, diving into a good book, or discovering new places to enjoy.
